Shadow Work Classes

Our Shadow Work Classes are designed to guide you on how to navigate the process of shadow work - a journey of self-discovery that involves understanding and accepting the marginalized parts of yourself. By reflecting on past experiences and engaging with your shadow self in a compassionate way, you can cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-love, ultimately leading to a more authentic and fulfilling life. Although it can be challenging, shadow work is a powerful tool for personal growth and transformation. Join us on this journey of self-exploration and unlock your true potential.

The In-Person option takes place at our second location, 1045 Elm St. Floor 5 (Elevator), Suite 513, Manchester, NH 03101.

Class information:

• Shadow Work I Class is for healing the emotional shadow.
• Shadow Work II Class is for healing the physical shadow.

• Shadow Work III Class is for healing the mental shadow.
• Shadow Work IV Class is for healing the spiritual shadow.
• Each class will be scheduled for 2 days a week with 1 day on Google meet. We will work with you on days and times to make sure you feel you’re getting the most out of your personal healing journey.

There is a 25% charge for missed appointments. Kindly call 603-507-5105 at least 1 hour in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
