Pet Reiki Consent Agreement

I, the pet owner, understand that any medical diagnosis and treatment that my pet may need, should be performed and recommended by a licensed veterinarian.

Reiki is meant to reduce stress, provide relaxation and bring balance to my pet's energy system. It is not meant to replace any treatment, which has been prescribed for my pet.

I understand that the benefits my pet receives from each Reiki session will vary and will sometimes not be apparent to me. I give my pet's Reiki Practitioner permission to work with my pet to help them relax and find balance.
